Chile grows 1.5% in 2017 and could do so by 2.8% in 2018, according to ECLAC

The Chilean economy dilated by 1.5% in 2017, a rate similar to that of the previous year, that was 1.6%, due to the weakness of domestic demand, whose effects on economic performance weren't offset for an improvement within the external context, these days discharged the ECLAC.

According to the Preliminary summary of the Economies of the region, presented these days by the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, "the international context was characterised by greater global growth, lower monetary volatility, greater craving for risk for the assets of the developing economies and a rise within the international costs of raw materials ".
