Wall Street opens with losses and the Dow Jones down 0.07%

Wall Street opened these days with losses and a drop of 0.07% within the Industrial Dow-Jones Industrial Average, its main indicator, amid uncertainty concerning the delay within the approval of the tax reform planned by the White House.

Half an hour after the gap of the session, the Dow-Jones Industrial Average yielded 17.44 points, up to 23,404.77 units, whereas the selective S & P 500 fell by 0.14% or 3.54 points, to 2,578.76 integers.
