The business climate in Latin America reaches its best level in four years

The business climate in Latin America rose from 72.5 points in July to 99.1 points in Oct, its best level in barely over four years, from Apr 2013 (103 points), per the index free nowadays by the Brazilian center for economic studies Getulio Vargas Foundation.

The so-called Economic Climate Index (ICE) for Latin America, that is measured collectively by the Getulio Vargas Foundation and therefore the Institute of Economic Studies (IFO) of the University of metropolis through quarterly consultations with 130 specialists from seventeen countries, was approached in Oct to the amount thought-about "favorable" when the jump of 26.6 points in barely 3 months.
