USA loses jobs for the first time in 7 years due to hurricanes


The US economy lost 33,000 jobs in September, the first monthly decline in seven years, and the government attributed a "steep decline" in catering services following Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.

Despite the loss of jobs, the unemployment rate fell by two tenths in September and stood at 4.2%, a figure that improves expectations.
